Are Cat Caves water resistant?
Yes, our Merino Felted Wool caves are naturally water resistant – and can even be washed in the washing machine via a gentle cycle with wool detergent or hand wash in lukewarm water, press out any excess water and re-shape while wet, then leave to dry naturally.
My Cat Cave arrived folded - how do I set its shape?
We ship our Cat Caves folded for faster processing and more affordable shipping; upon arrival, manually fluff it out into a circular shape, and after a few hours it will hold the shape permanently.
Is the Cat Cave safe for my cat?
Yes! Our materials are free from harmful chemicals or synthetic additives – the Cave is safe for your cat, and is even scratch-resistant!
What if my cat doesn't like their Cat Cave?
Cats love the scent of lanolin, a natural oil found in wool. We rarely receive feedback on cats not loving their Cat Cave, and our return rate is incredibly low.
Will the color and shape look different to what is in the pictures?
Each Cat Cave is handmade so measurements may vary slightly. The wool is 100% naturally dyed and left to dry outside, therefore there may be slight variations to color and size as a result. The brightness on your device will also affect the color.

Where are the Cat Caves from and how are they made?
Our Merino wool is sustainably sourced from New Zealand, and imported into Nepal where the wool is cleaned and dyed by local artisans. No chemicals are used in the process.
I ordered more than one item, but only received one... where's my order?
Some of our items ship separately from different locations so please do not worry if you do not receive all your items at once, they are on the way.
